Thank you for your interest in the KBC 2025. As an international attendee, it may be necessary for you to receive an official invitation to obtain your travel Visa. Advance travel planning and early visa application are important, since visa applications are subject to a greater degree of scrutiny than in the past.
All foreign visitors to PR China must apply for visa on entering into China.
Please ensure that all your colleagues and accompanies have already obtained the relevant visa prior to departure.
Invitation requests must be received no later than seven (7) weeks prior to the Show’s opening. Deadline is May 27, 2025.
Due to the large number of requests for invitations we receive on a daily basis, please make arrangements for your letter early. Invitation letters will be sent ONLY via e-mail.

Because of a very stringent policy on Invitation Letter Application for exhibition organizers, the invitation letter we provide here will presently not be useful for VISA application of following countries: Nigeria, Mali, Ghana.
